We were honored to be able to spend the yesterday morning with members of Final Salute and other veterans groups, for a White House tour.
The Executive Mansion was fully decked out in Holiday attire and looked stunning. We toured the East Wing, and several private rooms including the Red Room, the Blue Room and the State Dining Hall.
The security to get in, even with clearance is quite stringent and the Secret Service is completely in control. Even with all the security and surveillance, there was a relaxed joyful ambiance and the kids loved it.
